GifPanda provides free online file conversion services, including but not limited to image, video, PDF, and audio format conversions. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

- Not upload or process any content that infringes upon the rights of others
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

The content, design, and functionality of GifPanda are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent.

GifPanda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any converted files.
6. File Handling
Files uploaded to GifPanda are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after conversion. We do not store your files on our servers longer than necessary for the conversion process. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important files.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
