By accessing and using GifPanda, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
GifPanda provides a browser-based Video to GIF converter. The service lets you select a local video file, trim a clip, adjust GIF settings, and create a GIF in your browser using HTML5 video, canvas, and JavaScript GIF encoding. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not process any content that infringes upon the rights of others, even when processing happens locally in your browser
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
4. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and functionality of GifPanda are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
GifPanda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee that every browser, video codec, or source file will convert successfully.
6. File Handling
Video files selected in GifPanda are processed in your browser. GifPanda does not upload your videos to a conversion API and does not store your video files on our servers. You are responsible for keeping your own source files and downloaded GIF outputs.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of GifPanda after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. Please review these Terms periodically.
